By agreeing to these ToU, you, as the holder of the phone number (or in the case of your children's phone number, provided they have not reached the age of majority in your country, or the phone number of persons you have authorized to track your children's phone), consent to receive SMS messages to the respective phone number you specified via the services.
A SaaS (Software as a Service) geolocation tool that allows any individual acting in a private capacity to locate a mobile phone with the prior consent of the phone number holder whose location is being sought.
Recurring payments for the use of checkgeo.com on a periodic basis.
A smartphone, tablet, mobile phone, or similar device that is tracked by you via checkgeo.com.
The user's full name, credit/debit card number, CVV, card expiration date, and other details required to pay for checkgeo.com.
A financial institution that processes payments for checkgeo.com.
A paid subscription period consisting of 28 calendar days. This applies to 1-month and 6-month subscription plans.
If the phone number holder (Target Device holder) becomes aware their location is being tracked, they may request limited information (for a fee) about the checkgeo.com user who tracked them, including: IP address; Email; Browser information (name, version); Device type (Web, Mobile, Laptop); OS (Windows, Android, macOS); Browser language; Device screen size.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable, and the Company disclaims all losses, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, truth, validity, or legality of the information about the checkgeo.com user who tracked the Target Device holder's location.
